Dress code
In both Ripon and Darlington restaurant
We operate a “SMART CASUAL” dress code, no sportwear, loungewear, shorts or fancy dress please.
Any decision regarding permitting entry to the restaurant is entirely at the management’s discretion.
Booking/Cancellation Policy
Please note that for any size parties credit or debit card details are required to make a reservation, a table cannot be held without them.
You will be asked to input your card details to secure your reservation when making your booking online or when calling the restaurant.
Your card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive to your reservation without notice, or cancel your booking within 24 hours of your reservation, see further details of the cancellation policy below.
We kindly ask that your party is ready to be seated at the time indicated in your booking confirmation.
We would also ask you to please notify the restaurant if you are delayed, or we may release the table 15 minutes after the reservation time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 24 hours prior to your reservation without charge by following the cancellation link in the confirmation email that you will receive after making your reservation.
If your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of your visit, the following charges will automatically be applied to the card used to secure the reservation:
£10 per person
Please note cancellations must be made in writing by email or online and cannot be accepted via telephone.
